Problem phenomenon (1) :

Problem phenomenon (2) :

The fix is to replace the new switch, socket, button switch or disassemble to repair the associated damage.

Problem phenomenon (3) :

After the action is switched, the rise is slow and half beat. This kind of fault is the control of the solenoid valve with a foreign body plug or solenoid valve fault, the solution is to remove the magnetic valve to clean or replace the good solenoid valve.

Problem phenomenon (4) :

Pedal switch when semi-active operation, sliding seat lower left, but not right shift. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch on the top of the switch or very good close switch.

Problem phenomenon (5) :

When semi-active operation, the pedal switch will be lowered, and the printing seat will not move after left. The reason for this attack is that the left side of the sliding seat is not sensed or questioned. The solution is to adjust the left proximity switch sensor point or replace the close switch; There is also the pedal switch inside micro switch to jam, also can cause this problem. The solution is to adjust, modify or replace the new micro switch with the pedal switch.

Problem phenomenon (6) :

Manual, semi-active, no action, power lamp on. This kind of fault is caused by low pressure side fuse, no air source, and the solenoid valve is defective. The solution is to replace the low-voltage side fuse to check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg/cm, and the solenoid valve has a small problem, which is mostly connected.

Question phenomenon (7) :

The initiative can't launch, this kind of problem is the upper and lower cylinder with micro switch is normally closed, contact cannot conduction or damage of the timer, the solution is modified micro switch, or replace the timer.

Problem phenomenon (8) :

Active, semi-automatic not reduced. This type of attack is the right side of the horizontal sliding seat on the right side of the switch has the fault or not sensed, the choice switch fault, single action switch chain point damage. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch or to replace the right side switch, replace or modify the selector switch and the single action switch.

Problem phenomenon (9) :

The operating table does not inhale, this kind of trouble cause is the suction motor to burn. The contactor that operates the motor is damaged, the suction motor is changed, but the fault of the inhalation solenoid valve is controlled, the switch of the inhalation is selected, and the solution is modified or replaced.
